Verpex was launched in late 2018. Within eight years, we were already hosting more than 280,000 websites for happy customers in 181 countries around the globe.

Customer Onboarding
Once you join Verpex as a customer, we consider you part of the family. We'll assist you in setting up and running your websites Additionally, we'll guide you through the process of getting started with WordPress or any other software we offer.
We're also pleased to offer site migration from your current hosting provider at no extra cost. Simply provide us with your old hosting details, and we'll transfer the data from their systems. We'll work closely with you to coordinate this migration, ensuring zero downtime during the process.
In addition to our onboarding support, we'll also ensure that your site operates at its optimal capacity. We'll proactively suggest performance improvements as we identify them.

We have a diverse international team comprising of individuals from Indonesia, Australia, Singapore, and Europe, reflecting the cultural melting pot that is Bali. Our working day starts early, typically before 8am, but it allows us to finish early and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Bali. The island also boasts a thriving coffee-shop culture and promotes a healthy lifestyle through an emphasis on healthy eating.

Our office is situated in an early 20th-century building, with the other floors being used as an art gallery that showcases Bulgarian art. This is partly due to the fact that Bulgaria was the computer center of the Eastern Bloc and has a strong tradition in technical education with many universities dedicated to technology and engineering.
