Customer Onboarding
Once you join Verpex as a customer, we consider you part of the family. We'll assist you in setting up and running your websites Additionally, we'll guide you through the process of getting started with WordPress or any other software we offer.
We're also pleased to offer site migration from your current hosting provider at no extra cost. Simply provide us with your old hosting details, and we'll transfer the data from their systems. We'll work closely with you to coordinate this migration, ensuring zero downtime during the process.
In addition to our onboarding support, we'll also ensure that your site operates at its optimal capacity. We'll proactively suggest performance improvements as we identify them.

At our company, we prioritize the wellbeing of our staff. To support this, we have established our offices in desirable locations. Our use of "public cloud" servers means we do not need to be located in industrial areas near data centers. Additionally, we understand the negative impact of overnight shifts on both employees and customers. Thus, our five locations enable our team members to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still providing exceptional 24/7 customer support.

Verpex is deeply rooted in the community. The office is a dog-friendly environment where team members can enjoy the outdoors during warm days, and for company events, we have the convenience of a nearby pub owned by two of our founders. Our Bali office is nestled in a beautifully converted villa in the Canggu area. We have a diverse international team comprising of individuals from Indonesia, Australia, Singapore, and Europe, reflecting the cultural melting pot that is Bali. Our working day starts early, typically before 8am, but it allows us to finish early and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Bali. The island also boasts a thriving coffee-shop culture and promotes a healthy lifestyle through an emphasis on healthy eating.
